Poor Management

Liberty Grande apartments in Goodwood. Unfortunately for me I bought a flat, pay a levy of R1200 per month, living in the flat for just under a year.

The lack of maintenance is actually ridiculous. You paying a levy and only receiving a 30 percent of what your levy actually cover.

Lifts are a complete joke. It's broken 9 / 10 times a day. I actually have videos and pictures of when the lifts or OUT OF SERVICE. 4 lifts in total 1 ba*****t lift completely off second one works every 5th day. Lifts going to the lobby press the buttons on our floor it does not stop. So you have to walk up and down the stairs. My wife is pregnant and has to do it couple times a day to meet with her customers in the lobby.

They recently installed a snap scan app for the laundry ficilities, but the machines are problematic, takes your money then it don't work. And they actually have a sign up on the wall that they won't take responsibility if you loose your money when the machine malfunction.

Security was asked to remove our clothing drying in the sun on our dry clothing horse. Probably for us to pay money to place it in the dryers that leaves your clothes wet. Not one of the dryers actually dry your cloths properly.
