FAIRCOM ISP

DO NOT USE THIS ISP. I've had to log multiple tickets for the same issues and only get contacted days after doing so. The technical support is bad and when asked if I can speak to a Manager, I'm told that "They will call me back." which ofcause doesn't happen.

There are constant disconnections, bad internet speeds and unstable connections. Because alot of people now work from home, the internet has become vital for every day life. But these guys are just unreliable.

Living in a building managed by Faircape also means that we cannot get other Fibre installed as only Faircom ISP is allowed because no other provider may install their equipment, cabling etc. BEWARE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!
