Faircape -Worst products

I bought 3 fresh cream bottles to make my eid pudding. When i got home and oped the bottles all of them were stiff. I closed the bottles and contacted faircape as i could exchange it at usave because i threw away the slip.

They sent me an email and told me to take it back to the store and i explained i dont have a slip. I requested they get someone to collect the products as proof of **** they sell to people. I even requested a call from the manager but till this point in time no one has contacted as its not their problem that i bought that **** from the store. This is the second time i buy fresh cream from them and experience problem. I need someone to come collect this **** or im going futher with this.
