Faircape provide the incorrect reference then call me 'difficult' !!!

I'm trying to pay our levies to Faircape Management Services ... but my internet banking will not accept the reference number provided by Faircape.

I call my bank (FNB) and my banker advises that Faircape has given us an invalid reference. So I write back to Faircape asking them to check and correct ... no reply. Later in the afternoon I call the Faircape offices ... only to be told they've all gone on "team-building exercises". And Faircape customers? ... what happens to them. "No, well, I can get someone to call you on Monday" ...

Monday: Still no response from Faircape. MIdday I call Faircape again, but the lady I need to speak to (because she made a mistake AND didn't respond to my email) ... is in a department meeting.

Only after writing a complaining letter to the department manager (****ad) and the portfolio manager (Lynn Jacobs) do I get an email response from Jamiela, with the correct reference number ...

... and a comment in the forwarded email below, from Lynn Jacobs : "... please respond to this owner. He is very difficult and will post his messages on Facebook."

Faircape send me the wrong reference (and waste my time in the process), are not available when I call, don't respond to my email, so I CAN PAY THE LEVIES ... but it's ME (the customer) that is 'difficult'!!
