The matters has still gone unresolved since last year and they are costing me into the thousands. Claiming and having stuff done to my property when I explicitly said no! And expecting me to pay. Not picking up my electronic payments on their system and saying I am behind on my payments, even when I sent them proof of payments. They really robbing people and they remain unchecked. The amount of emails, follow-up and calls I have to do is ridiculous I could have done my own rental. The damage done to the property by the tenant had also been denied and they want me to pay back the deposit
