Disgusting

What gives faircape the permission to debit someone's rent from their bank account if rent has already been paid on the 29th, with immediate payment. It's been 3months in a row now where i carry responsibility and extra penalties because of their inadequacy. Now today a Saturday i have no money left in my bank account because faircape devited me for something i already paid for. I cant get to work on Monday or buy food for my family. Faircape this is unacceptable... I demand to be paid the R7000 plus penalties you've caused me with the bank. I always EFT my rent, what gives you the permission to all of a sudden debit my rent too.
