Clear incompetence

On numerous occasions we as tenants being myself and my partner have to keep chasing up maintenance issues with these people as I'm sitting with various issues such as my bath leaking water through it's silicone on the floor to hall way lights not working to my bathroom door not able to lock to the plumbers drilling a whole in my wall then just leaving and never attending to it and the list goes on and on and on. I'm surprised they still end up working for such a reputable company with their incompetence.
