Non existent and unprofessional service!

I would have preferred to not select any rating as this firm do not even deserve this star! I have not been faced with such unprofessional and non existent service in my lifetime. We have been struggling for years now to get my late Father’s estate finalised and they are failing to even provide the most basic information such as an L&D, or account statement for their services. They have misplaced estate documents and files which has now left us as heirs with NO access to our inheritance currently in a trust account held by them. Complaints emails have been sent directly to Directors of the firm and even that has not resulted in ANY progress. I would mot recommend this firm to my worst enemy!
