I have NEVER been so insulted and so badly handled. I went to fairprice bugersfort with my mom and we did a laybye we kindly asked the consulted that we don't stay in Limpopo Wil it be a problem when we send someone to release the goods. Cause we stay in Joburg. Kindly she said yes no problem. Now we have sent my cousin to release the goods now they can't do it it's not allowed they want finger prints things that were never said to us. It's funny how these pple rush for sales and tell us no stories. Cz all they see is reaching targets. I called and was told to call back was taken from pillar to post. Called noone answered my calls. They are rude and I will never recommend anyone to buy or go to any of thier branches ever again.

They tell us nonsense tell things that don't exist. I am very mad beyond measure they have *** customer service. I'm freaking mad not to mention my mom who was never even taken seriously my poor cousin for being made an idiot by staff.
