WRONG STAINLESS STEEL FOOT FOR MY COUCHES

I bought couches in fair price a month ago in Mafikeng Fair price. I was helped by the guy named Thato. They delivered couches with wrong wrong silver foot,

I went to the branch more than ten times to get the correct ones. now i have been running fro pillar to post. Thato told me the foot are at the warehouse. they will come at my place and exchange.

Till today i am still waiting with no feedback from them. I have ran out of options and i dont know what to do cause im not getting any help from them.

I am warning people to be aware of the poor service this shop is giving to their customers. Hope by doing this i will get the help i need.
