Wrong Item

Middelburg branch, went to purchases a 4 door wardrobe, I first lay bye for the wardrobe. When I went back for the pay the full amount I saw that the sales person who helped me loaded the wrong wardrobe the 3 door and I asked for the 4 door after almost an hour in store he said he will phone me back about the wardrobe that I wanted never happened I phoned head office then the sales men came back to just tell me I must come back to pay the difference and delivery cost. Just to go to the store to hear they don't have stock. I asked for a refund, manager told me they don't have cash to refund they will phone me. Worst of the worst service ever.
