Wrong incomplete couch

2 weeks ago I bought a couch worth 13K Fair price delivered a wrong incomplete item, I have been sitting with the same wrong couch for weeks. I tried contacting them with no assistance they kept telling me they will send a driver to collect these couches and deliver a full correct set. Fair price am disappointed and furious your online service sucks after being loyal to you for so many years
