Worst Store Ever and unprofessional

I bought a microwave on the 30th of April was promised a delivery on the 4th of May. Almost a month later I have yet to receive the microwave. Been calling like crazy no one picks up, decided to go to their Office on Saturday the 20th and the security didn't want to let me in. The worst experience ever!!
