Worst store ever

I recently purchased a 16000 fridge from fair price alberton. The worst experience ever. Deliveries get promised and never arrived. After me calling to confirm. Delivered only the following day hours after the agreed time. They scratched it while installing it. The manager Ismail wants to replace it which I am happy about but refuses to replace it before taking it away. Leaving me with no fridge for at least 1 day.

I will never buy anything from that store again

There is no customer satisfaction or help from their so called manager.
