Worst service , worst store selling the worst brands

I bought a hisens double door fridge at one of your branches in pretoria central, last year july, now the one side is not working and im being told by hisense tech that its roaches, who in ur store advised me of such when i took 14k cash that i worked hard for and saved to buy that fridge? No1 did, not even the booklet says any of this, my food is getting waisted,i will go to Ex Repo, involve lawyers im not going to sit with a non functioning fridge thats not even a year old, you will deal with hisense since they not helping
