WORST SERVICE, ********

If I could give a zero star I would I bought an item on the 13th Feb 2023 online and the message was that I will receive the item in 14 to 21 days. its the 6th of March 2023 today and still no word from them about the delivery, when I call to follow up on my order they tell me the system is down they cant access information on my order, they dont respond to emails either . I feel like they **** people, its my fault also for not having reed the reviews before buying from them.
