Worst service I have ever received in a store

I feel that Fur Price does not even deserve my time to write this review, but I will do it to warn other shoppers.

Me and my fiance entered Fair Price and attempted to purchase an item, when requesting to purchase the item they told me that I am not allowed to have it. I found this extremely strange and wanted to know why. I asked for the manager and was informed that she was out. She returned a while later from, no one knows where with a meal at about 16h00 (not near lunch time) . There was another couple that purchased 2 full livingroom sets, one for them and one for a parent, they had been waiting a long time for the manager and very upset with the service.

We then got our chance to have a conversation with the manager and we were informed that they do not have stock of the item I needed. I asked her about the item that I see there and she told me that she will not sell me that item. She then went on to tell me that if I want this item I can drive to clayville. This is a joke, if someone wants to pay cash and will take your display item because it is urgent, then it onlu makes sense to give it to them.

I aksed her if she can assist me and then maybe organize with the other store to replace the display item she said no.

While speaking to the manager there was 4 other angry people that came in and wanted refunds due to various reasons.

I requested them to please contact the other store, as I do not want to drive all the way there and then it is not availible. They did not come back to me. After about 15 mins, I wnt back and asked them if they have any news, the employee said they do not answer the phone. I asked them to please try while I went to another store.

When I returned, the emplyee said to me, they did not answer again.

At this time the employees and the managers was all sitting around on the furniture in the store, not even bothered to help a customer anymore.

Worse service and attitudes ive witnessed in a store for a while!!!!
