worst service EVER

Last year first week of November i bought L-couch worth R10000.00 at Fair price in Johannesburg town Plein Street. The couch was on special. January i discovered that the couch is faulty (when one set down u could feel the spring) i then took the couches back to fairprice this year JUNE 2019 for them to be fixed. I was advise that the couches will be taken to the suppliers for quality assessment and will be return on the 8 August 2019. GUESS WHAT TILL DATE MY COUCHES HASNT BEEN GIVEN BACK TO ME ITS BEEN BEEN MORE THAN 5 MONTHS NOT HAVING THE COUCHES I PAID FOR CASHHHH-. I HAVE BEEN DOING FOLLOW UP BUT NO CONCRETE FEEDBACK HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME- MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN CONTACTED BUT STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AS MY MONEY HAS ALREADY BEEN ATE- I NEED MY COUCHES OR MONEY BACK LATEST BY WEDNESDAY IM SICK AND TIRED OF SITIING ON THE FLOOR WITH MY KIDS LIKE IM A STUPID MOTHER.
