Worst service ever

I bought a fridge at fair price this year, now it’s giving me problems and the op is making me do run arounds. It’s been 3 months since I first reported it. Even when I go inside the shop in Silverton, they tell me they’ll call their technician, but after calling me once, the guy stopped answering my calls. I think they’re waiting for me to fix the fridge with a different technician so they can claim I forfeited my warranty.
