Worst service

Worst service in Fairprice Olievnbotsch, we laybyed a fridge and paid it up before the date, was supposed to collect the fridge on 7 Nov today its 12 Dec I haven't received the fridge. I asked for a refund two weeks ago up to now the staff is so ***********, the manager Priscilla and the one Itumeleng relieving her are the worst. I have been sitting in the shop since 9am up to now with no refund. ****test service I have experienced all my life
