Worst purchased ever made

Worst service...i have ever encountered in my life... I bought a KIC Fridge for my mother on the 13th Dec 2019...waited for the fridge to be delivered untill i went to the shop again on the 10th Jan 2020 Was told that the fridge is out of stock at the factory....and was offered the one on the floor...I agreed to take it...hence my mother has been waiting for month for a fridge that was already paid-up After my mother received her new fridge...she noticed that the door at the bottom wasn't closing properly...so i called the store they offered to help... but never came through... I went to the store anf told them the situation and explained that my mother doesn't want it anymore...hence there's a seven day return policy...they assured that the problem will be rectified within a week...so they lodged a complaint to KIC Company....its been two weeks now...still waiting... On the 14th February 2020 meaning tomorrow.....im taking it back to the shop and would like to choose another frigde.... I need some assistance in this matter... because we are no longer happy...and i tried to return it within seven-days of receiving the goods.... Please help
