Worst online experience

I ordered a couch online this morning from fairprice, I've paid for it and done my part. As I'm tracking my order ,I notice the status shows await load .I then try to contact them on the number *** provided on the website but these options are not helpful. It's frustrating to pay for something then try to call them to follow up now you can't reach them at all.
