Worst experience encountered

Worst experience ever had with fair price regarding my online order. I made an online order on the 31st of January 2023 I haven’t received it till date! Spoke to a lady whom I forgot to take to find out about my order last week Wednesday 15th received an email that said “we received your order be ready we are on the way” today 23-02-23 I called to find out again what’s taking so long for my order to be dispatched I spoke to Ebrahim who took my cellphone number and said he will check and give me a call I have been waiting for call since 10:00 o’clock morning.
