Worst experience

I made a purchase of a student desk and office chair as a birthday present for my younger sister on the 19 September 2024. Was told that the items would be in stock on the 31 of September 2024 but after calling and visiting the store countless times the only thing I receive is excuses and not my items.

When i requested a refund I was told I have to wait for customers to pay cash in store till the money reaches my amount or wait for stock that may never arrive.

This all took place at the Thorntree fair price branch and was assisted by Manuel.
