Worst Customer service{FAIR PRICE SAM NTULI MALL}

{FAIR PRICE SAM NTULI MALL }All is good when you there to purchase something, the stuff is friendly and assisting...... It's when you have a problem with the product you got,they start to show their true colors, they are very very very rude...I bought a Bed from them but after just a week and few days the mattress was a sinking boat,looks like a 3 years old thing and i've been calling and calling and even went to the branch, but nothing is being done....The only thing i've been getting is a stinky bad attitude.......
