Worst Customer service I ever came across

They have the worst customer service ever.I bought a couch online on the 22/03/24.They gave me options on the dates they should deliver,I selected the 26th.They didn't deliver let alone communicate with me about the delay or what's so ever.I mean what's the use of them asking my availability to deliver next thing they don't pitch.
