Worst customer service!!!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a store. I bought wardrobes from them beginning of September to date I'm still awaiting their so called assembler Skhumbuzo to come and assemble them. It's almost month end and I'm still sitting with boxes instead of assembled wardrobes. I have tried numerous times to escalate this to no avail, no one from the store has bothered to contact me to resolve this!!! What a disgrace...
