WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wouldn't advice to purchase an item that requires Assembly from this company. I bought a kitchen unit online on 26/12/2023 and it was delivered on 10/01/2024 ( On their website they stated that delivery takes place within 7 days of purchase) fine, I let that slide. 11/01/2024 I sent an email requesting for an Assembler, subsequently, I called my nearest branch (SOSHANGUVE BATHO PLAZA) requesting for an Assembler, they took all my details and promised that I shall receive assistance within 7 working days. It's been 14 days now, I am sitting with a bunch of boxes and there is no hope in receiving assistance as I'm always told that the ASSEMBLER has been given my details and he'll call me.

If you were thinking of buying from them, think twice. They take advantage of vulnerable pregnant women.
