Worst Customer service

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I bopught a stand at Fair price at the new Alexandra Mall on the 31 of March. To date it still hasnt been delivered. They have poor customer service. They dont even phone to say that there's a delay or anything. I always go there and its excuse after excuse. I went and asked to be refunded my R1100 back and they gave an excuse to say the managers only do refunds on Mondays. I go on Mondays they give an excuse to say the manager is not around. The stuff they give us attitude abd i mean its my money. If they dont have stock for almost two months they should at least phone to say that we are out of stock unlike me going to them wasting my petrol and time to ask whats going on. Its really pathetic. I just want my refune and thats it.</p>
