We bought furniture from Fair price (Vaal branch). On delivery, the couch colours didn’t match. A few days after setup, the TV (R3800) developed a bluish mark on the top right. It got worse, so we returned it for repairs. They said Toshiba would fix or replace it. After weeks with no update, they called claiming we cracked the screen and refused any help. There was no crack when we dropped it off. Strangely, it appeared while they had it. The manager, who first agreed it looked like a factory fault, suddenly changed his story and blamed us. He was rude and dismissive. We now sit with a broken TV and no support. We’ve lost nearly R4000. Fair Price Vaal sold us faulty goods and refuses accountability. This store is dishonest, their service is poor, and they treat customers unfairly. Don’t waste your money—they are not trustworthy. We feel ****med and will never return.
