We bought a fridge that doesn't work.

We bought a fridge in fair price hamanskraal on the 30 Nov 2019 and it took them a whole 3weeks to deliver the fridge that we bought cash by the way. We went to the shop within 7days after delivery to inform them that it was not working we want another fridge or our money back ,they told us they need to contact head office they will get back to us. They sent technicians to come SEE the fridge wasnt work not to fix it but just look at it. Till today we are waiting for assistance it's now the 12th of jan 2020. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS MARA? CAN WE GET A NEW FRIDGE PLZ. WE PAID MOES!
