We bought a damaged Fridge

Hellopeter i bought a Defy fridge for 5000rands at Hillbrow Fair price on e 18th of May 2021 MODEL number C 330 ECO+WD 248 L Net SATIN MET DAC475/DAC425 den they told me dat a delivery is 150 we hve to fetch it frm their Ware House in Booysens then they said tht if we want to go fetch it same tym its going to be 200rands because one of their drivers wil be fetching only our load to Hillbrow while they wana wait so they hve more loads to Hillbrow den we said ky we want it now we went to their Ware House wth one of their drivers when we arrived our fridge was sealed in a box so e driver n the guys frm the Ware House didnt open to check e fridge for us they showed us where to sign den we lifted the fridge the three of us me n my brother n their driver e driver tightened it in his Nissan Hard body bakkie it was stable no movement we arrived at my place in Hillbrow e driver jus assisted us to e flat's main gate then he left we took the fridge straight to e lift then we opened it there was no way of opening it other than tearing e box apart so we ddnt tht then we took e outside box to e boxes to e passage near our unit where e Flat fire extinguishers are located while we went back to st******* those white things that hold e fridge then we realised it had a dent on the bottom door then we took our invoice checked e boxes outside my unit on e passage only to discover that one of the flat cleaners had took them and thrown them away so we ran back to Fair price n approached the lady that assisted us then she refered us to the manager we told him the whole story then he said was your fridge checked at the Ware House by the driver n guys from e Ware House we said no n he said ws the driver with u at e flat when u checked we said no then the manager himself blamed the driver n one of his staff that helped us he said she was suppose to tell us to check the fridge at e Ware House then he said e driver n his staff member that assisted us when we wanted the fridge should sort it out for him there is nthng he can do he said they should call a Defy ****r n he left us n went to receive some of the appliances that where coming in den we followed him he there when he ws done receiving e appliances we went back to his office he called the guy from e Ware House e guy say he cant help because we no longer have the fridge box with us he called the Head office they said they cant help because there is no box he started reffering us to the driver and the lady tht ws helping us n started making a chain of blame to e driver his staff n us as customers telling us that it was all caused by our negligence i my brother n the driver he wasnt willing to help us so we stood there for sometime looking like fools the manager's service was poor n mostly he was rude to us when we wanted a way forward on the situation he refused to fetch the Fridge his name is Abraham he told us he cant help totally because we dont have the fridge box with us he started calling his friends abandoning us as we stood there like fools wen i said we want a refund because they aint helping he said no way it was nearly 17:00pm frustrated we left the Hillbrow Fair price
