Wardrobe installation

We bought a wardrobe at FairPrice Bree it was delivered on the 8th of January. The sales that sold us the wardrobe is Ngobeni, the guy that delivered the wardrobe is Gift. We had a blackout during his installation he promised to come back to date he hasn't. He didn't finish and again something broke when he was busy with the installation. Now when we spoke to him him he came up with some story that his waiting for the part overseas. We've been trying to call the store *** it rings but no answer
