Wardrobe

I bought a wardrobe on the 31st December ref no 74021, its is delivered in boxes on the 11th, there needs to be an installer. Called fair price alberton today, to ask when the installer will come to set up my wardrobe. As i would like to ensure there ia is someone available when the installer comes. They rather gave me hia number but yets it on voicemail. I also dont understand how they sent people to our homes during covid, also is it not a risk to sent people to our houses.
