Very Very Poor Service

Very Poor Service From Fair Price In Wynburg. We requested a refund on the beginning of April and they gave us a date to come back on the 18/04/2026 @14:00. We left out child’s school play to honour their time. When we got there, they said they don’t have money. We went back Monday 20/04/26 and they still didn't have money. We went back again today 21/04/26, they still didn’t have money, giving us a very big attitude. They promised us on the 20th that they will keep cash for us and we should come on the 21st of April 2026. The staff at this store have very appalling customer service. Their attitude towards customers will be the downfall of the company.
