VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

My experience was very bad i did a lay bay now i wanted to council the layby they are telling me to wait a month and a week for them to refund me and they never told me about that when i did the layby i was assisted by Sanele Khumalo at sontonga mall and she never told us anything about their refund police.....can i please get my refund within 7days atleast not a month.
