Very poor service

I bought products at fair price soshanguve on the 27 November 2023, even today I haven't received my products despite the driver promising that he will deliver them on the 8th December 2023.. They don't even bother to inform me about the delays instead I must be the one that does follow ups and I have paid in full... fair price has the worst service !
