Very poor service!!!!!!

The service at fearprice Soshanguve Thorntree sucks!! The manager Mpho lakes interpersonal skills, she speaks ill of customers when she thinks they are not looking. I was there to return an item I bought from them cash, coz it has broken down for the third time in less than a year of buying it.
