Very poor customer service

I bought a wardrobe from fair Price Chris Hani crossing in Vosoorus on the 19th November 2024,it took them a month to deliver it at my house after going back to the store several times to find out if I should refund the product or what. finally they managed to deliver the wardrobe,but not assembled. I tried contacting thier assembling assistant to find out when is he coming to assemble the wardrobe, and I even sent him pictures of my bedroom,just to show him how messy is my bedroom with clothes in containers and wardrobe boxes that he needs to assemble.I'm still waiting for an assembler till today.30-12-2024
