Very Poor and bad service

I have purchased a Grey with a touch of brown sliding door wardrobe for my mother. We were promised that they do their own installation and the person will arrive in 7 days. Okay fine we did not have a problem with that up until the person arrived after 2 weeks on the 2nd and 3rd June 2023(more than 7 days we were promised), okay fine we accepted that, on the installation process we noticed that the Wardrobe was not the colour we have chosen but we were like no its fine let the guys continue with the installation up until they were done. We were happy because installation was done although it was not the colour we have chosen. After a month, one sliding door slipped out of the lane we then called the guy that was installing and he came to fix it. But again we had other issues eith it, The drawers are loose and the handles are coming out, it brings stress to my mother than joy. I don’t understand the reason of purchasing an expensive wardrobe but it stresses you. We are not happy with our purchase, actually I’m furious!
