VERY DISAPPOINTED AT FAIR PRICE VERY

Last month we went to buy a TV at zebediela plaza, we found it out of stock,so we were advised by one the assistant that we should pay upfront so that we pay with the current pricing, okay we did that now it's July I went there to get our refund since our needs aren't being met or service not being delivered, all they say is they can't refund us due to the lockdown regulations. Thing is at first when we pay they never told us about all that.
