Very bad service with junk furniture

Bought BRS by lakeside mall paid in full on the 6Dec was delivered two weeks after not assembled.Everything in boxes except for one pedestal and that was damaged.I took it back to store where the mgr Amin exchanged it.I opened the Brs to assemble but no *****s whent to buy *****s .Opened it to find that the dressing tables holes does not correspond.On the dressing table there is 4 places filled up with wood filler the headboard is beige and black (another sets headboard) I phoned Amin on the 23rd dec nearly every day he made promises on a daily basis with his Area mgr he then left and New mgr Odette came.I went to Boksburg branch and a lady phoned Odette.For 2 to 3 weeks Odette is just giving stories as she is sending emails.Last week Monday I phoned her again and told her to come fetch the ******* on Thursday and I will come in for a refund.Tuesday she phoned and asked me if I can give her and the Regional mgr change to fix this.I said then ok last change this Saturday.I had to go do my Month end shopping No BRS NO Phone call I am still wIting.Nobody wants to sort this out and I just want what I paid for A NEW BRS or a Refund
