Very bad service from Fair Price Sam Ntuli

I bought a wardrobe from Fair Price Sam Ntuli Mall in Katlehong it was deliverd and I was told it need to be installed with 7 days. I took time of work the installer did his best and one of the part was duplicated and needed to be changed.I took it back to the store immediately within 4 days from delivery but it has been 3 weeks with no clear answer , the wardrobe is on top of blocks I am afraid it will fall on me.
