very bad service altogether

I am very disappointed on their services. Their customer care is very poor. You enter the shop, and nobody attend to you, the customer must ask for help. On top of that, when you buy it is your responsibility to fetch your things from the warehouse in another town. Why do they open a shop and not keep good in the store and keep them about 30km away and now the customer must spend more to get their goods? this is very inconveniencing and poor customer service.
