Very bad service

Fair price makhado, Their service is very bad. I bought my items on cash,30 july 2022 and the other item(headboard) was broken upon delivery,I called and they collected it and promised to bring another one, 11 months later,Im still waiting. They dont even communicate until I call and they make endless excuses.
