Very Bad Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!

i bought a headboard Two weeks back At Witbank Fair Price. First the delivery it was a wrong item . i went to the store million times to report this issue, till today i have not received my item. They keep on tell me it will be delivered today- today. But still i dont have the item i payed for. Bad customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!
