Very Bad Customer Service

Very bad Client service. They told me they would deliver my Headboard within 2-3 days, then changed it to 7 days then 2 weeks. After 2 weeks without any communication, they said they don't know when they will receive it and with a bad attitude, the manager said I should request a refund if I want to because there is nothing she can do.
