Very bad and poor service

I bought a microwave at fair price kaalfontein corner now l regret it.lt stopped working 5 months later so l returned it for repairs in March and they told me it will be back in 2 to 3 weeks time, l have to call them to find out if it's back and they say next week ,l call them on a weekly basis and Its the same story, Its almost end of May now they still don't have my microwave; it's a disgrace for a shop that big to be this careless about it's customers., I'm considering buying a new one at Clicks or Game and want a refund
