Very bad after sales service.

This was the worst customer experience ever at Fair price Mokopane, I bought a bed and found out later that it's making a noise like it's not new, I followed their return policy which allows for return within 14 days, went to the stores and gave them all my details and slip and they assured me They would send the info to head office and call me, they never call or update, I was the one going there every week to check for a whole month until the tell me they the return is rejected without a reason.
