Utter Nonsense

I bought a TV stand at FairPrice jubilee mall in Hammanskraal in October 2024 and received splendid service. I went back and bought a bed and wardrobe, delivery was a problem but the delivery guys kept calling to assure me. They delivered the bed first then the wardrobe later. I got home and found the wardrobe half assembled and was told it’s my job to do. I called the store and eventually the store manager went home with me to assemble. On 20th December I bought a dinner table and kitchen unit. There was no communication from the consultant for a while but I thought since it is festive season there should be delays. Fast forward to January I went back to the store after calling several times. The following day the kitchen unit was delivered but no table. I called and was told that the warehouse would open on the 1st week of January and it would be deliver. I called back after 2 weeks and was given more stories. Another week and I went to the store and was told that before end of January 2025 I would have it. I went back on 1st week of February and was told they are checking Bela bela and they would let me know via call which never happened. I went back on Friday 7th January to ask for a refund and was told to come on the 25th for the cash and I requested an EFT. I emailed my documents and was told that I would get confirmation on Monday when head office captures on the system. I did not and I called back and spoke to the store manager who was immediately rude to the core and did not even want to know who he was speaking to and about which item. He immediately stated that he was not there in December when the sale was made so has no answer and he assumes that I bought a chest of drawer and he actioned all refunds. I asked that he go on the system to check if my refund was actioned and he said it should be done and I should wait for the bank notification. I have never seen such appalling behaviour from the manager right down to the sales people who are indifferent and totally don’t care about customer service
